Turkey Day

It's our first married Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving from the Stuart (Rucker, Dunham) Family!

One Year Ago...

...We were in Panama!

We saw boats pass through the canal!

Chad shook hands with a monkey.

We took some pictures...

...And enjoyed gorgeous Portobello!!

Home for the Holiday

Here we are, hanging out in the basement of my parents' house watching Duck Dynasty.

Don't laugh. You'd understand if you'd watch.

Anyways, back to the point.

Thanks to college students that work at the shop being home, I got off work Wednesday.

And then my awesome Hubs said we could leave a day early to go to STL to see the family.

He's awesome.

On the drive up, I think I finally realized that we are grown ups now.

I'm a married lady going home for the holidays with my husband.

Just like in all the commercials about the holidays on tv.

I feel old.

But at least I have reached the point of being used to my new last name.

That's exciting!

On another note, 24 hours until Operation: Black Friday is on.

No, we are not the crazy, wrestle over a $10 box of legos type.

It's just like our hunting season.

Merry Christmas, Malehloa!

We have to send out our Christmas present to our sweet girl early so it gets to her in time!

Here's what we are sending:

I made her some super-girly bows!
Baby girl of course needs some zebra print! (And gloves. Because Lesotho gets cold in the winter!)
A little elephant stuffed animal and some stickers.
(I wish we could send a bigger stuffed animal, but  it has to fit in a small envelope.)
Of course Baby Girl needs a Mizzou corker bow!
(I know, I took the picture upside down. Whatever.)
A group shot!

We also sent a card and a picture.

I wish we could get a new picture of her sent back!

Merry Christmas, Malehloa! I wish we could spend it with you and your family!
